Ad hoc title change, as the WWF was preparing to soon send Foley into retirement--Austin's neck surgery changed those plans somewhat. Mankind and Al Snow losing to the Outlaws is an "upset," Kevin? Didn't the Outlaws beat Mankind and The Rock for the belts a few weeks ago? I'm not sure a tag title loss really needed to be played for comedy and trying to take shots at Wal-Mart and college professors with too much time on their hands, either.
