The Yoshida show as she continues her great year. Her knee, shoulder and elbow are all taped up her. Oh yeah and she'd just worked the previous match on the card! And this was a physical and gruelling match on a hot summers night. Both were sweating buckets and for Yoshida in particular it was gut check time. A fabulous performance by her in all departments. Impressive technique on offence, great selling to put her opponant over and she took the lead in constructing the match. Sakie was reasonably good here but not on the level of her opponant. At this stage of her career she lacked calmness and sometimes chose the wrong option.

It was a one off event along the lines of Night of Champions with five titles being defended in succession. Both Yoshida and Kyoko found themselves on double duty, ending the night with one title apiece.

Impressive technique on offence, great selling to put her opponent over, plus she took the lead in constructing the match. Sakie was reasonably good here, though not on the level of her opponent. Overall a borderline top 20 Joshi match in this great year for women's wrestling.

This match takes place right after the AJW tag match in Mariko fought in. So, Mariko has this belt as well and she must defend this evening...because why?

Sakie and her have very similar style and have provided us memorable and recommended encounters. This is no different. There is nice limb working and a real display of fighting spirit by both. The good kind too, not the 'macho elbow to the jaw - grunt - throw an elbow of your own - repeat' kind.

There aren't any mind blowing segments but, it's really very good stuff. It's a shame for joshi fans that Mariko got hurt around this time and was not around until a year or two later because you could tell she was heating up in terms of ring awareness, psychology, and story building. Highly Recommended
