This has to be Barry's first promo since his return; he's Woman's newest find for the Horsemen, according to her. Nothing we haven't heard before, but from the Horsemen, that's good. Props to Flair and Arn for actually putting Robocop over as a serious threat. Flair doesn't look all that bad in a ponytail.

Ole Anderson says how the greatest group assembled in the world are right here, but they haven’t seen everything as they’ve still got one more surprise. Barry Windham states that the Horsemen are at full force again and Sting and Luger’s nightmare is a reality as they’re going to dominate the NWA once again. Ric Flair says it’s Capital Combat, it’s the Horsemen on one side, its Sting, Luger and Robocop on the other. It’s the cage, it is everything that violence is in the world and its competition at its best! When Lex Luger walked out here on national television and promised the wrestling world the Heavyweight title, which meant he had to beat him in the cage, he just retired. For as God as his witness, he will bleed, he will sweat and he will learn the word respect for him and the Horsemen! Great stuff from Flair here.
