It's very strange but at this point what I'm most excited about is the "pageantry" of it all. The entrances and what not. I want to see how Taker comes out and how Sting comes out and Hunter's ridiculous Terminator entrance and Rusev's russian soldiers.

Would Putin trump Tyson as the ultimate Mania hotshot? I would gladly forgo the Network and spend all Floyd/Pacman PPV money to see that.

the fact that the overwhelming majority said the show looks bad but they'll still watch is all you need to know about why WWE thinks they can put out a sub-par product without any consequences.

I am pretty pumped, but that's also because this is the first year I'm going to Mania live. So even with the somewhat lackluster build and card, I'm more excited than I should be.

You should be excited. Being in the arena for a WrestlMania is something a wrestling fan should experience even if the booking is shit.
