What generation is that MS tv?

 

It's too bad you didn't collaborate with me before making that deal because I have most of those MS TVs on the way.

I would have collaborated with you, but things are getting crowded in here lately and things happen all the time without me knowing. I wasn't even aware you had any Mid South TV -- my impression was that you had the Barnett set and what we all chipped in on during the bulk buy we did before, and that was it.

 

I will buy things on my own more times than not from here forward, since most of the time when I say I want to purchase something, someone chimes in and tells me it's a bad idea. Or when I want to participate in a certain bulk buy, I take 45 minutes coming up with a list of what I want, only for the rules to be posted later, shutting me out of the whole process.

 

I'll still participate when I can, but it's obvious that at this point, there's little I'm needed for, and the process seems to be going just fine without my assistance.

 

The DVDs are from the VHS master.

I think that is the wrong way to look at it IMO esp. since the whole point of this is to save money. If You were told to hold off on anything it is because we could either a. get it cheaper or b. in better VQ. In the future, run a batch of discs my way and if I have it, you can select something else that no one has and get more from me for less, more from the other guy, and build up that collection even quicker. Just something to think about.

You're right. I'm still just a little bitter about not getting to go all out like I wanted in that bulk buy, especially after taking all that time to make a list. I went back to the guy and purchased the DVDs on my own.

I'm going to do the same with all the Los Super Astros shows I'm missing, as long as the quality's decent.

World Class footage... get match lists first or at least years. the Ft. Worth stuff from Dan is amazing for the rarity of the footage. Plus, he is going to be receiving some Beta masters that he will be converting so yo ucan hold off on that if you choose.
