I don't think he should get to re-pick if they weren't teaming at the time, he should just get Robert with that pick in the 4th round and gets his 5th to do what he wants with. KrisZ already said it's ok though.

I have a question similar to Grimmas' about Billy Red Lyons. In this case it's about Hugo Savinovich. At the time he was serving as the English language announcer in addition to managing, but was not the only announcer (the other being Joaquin Padin, hijo who was the Spanish language announcer). What would be his status with regards to the draft?

No, otherwise they probably would have been taken near the beginning.

I wouldn't have wanted to take a high draft pick on a guy that couldn't even be used for a full year. Now it's starting to be worth considering so I thought I'd toss it out. It's probably better to wait for future drafts though.
