June 18, 201510 yr comment_5678077 If this is the first day of the 5 hour time limit, we will hit it and probably at 11:30.
June 18, 201510 yr comment_5678078 Mike Jackson is good enough that I could actually put him on arena cards and expect the match to not suck. I don't know if I can say that about almost any of the other guys I have on my possible jobbers list. That pushed him up higher than role players that will be in my mid card because I had started to worry about filling out a whole lineup on a card. I have a super jobber tag team for him too if someone falls far enough.
June 18, 201510 yr comment_5678102 There was never an official decision, but are we doing 5 hour limits now?
June 18, 201510 yr comment_5678104 I think round 13, but with the caveat that we can not go past 5 picks.
June 18, 201510 yr comment_5678108 We should make sure Wahoos Leg knows in case he needs to set up a proxy.
June 18, 201510 yr comment_5678110 We should make sure Wahoos Leg knows in case he needs to set up a proxy. He still has ten hours for his next pick, we will message everybody before that starts.
June 18, 201510 yr comment_5678133 Bassarab like Bobby Bass will be shared between Portland and Toronto. I actually picked up a rookie here with a bright future. He should be fun in an undercard way building himself up.
June 18, 201510 yr comment_5678135 WWC selects Rick McGraw. At this point you're trolling me. First Rodz, and now this.
June 18, 201510 yr comment_5678141 WWC selects Rick McGraw. At this point you're trolling me. First Rodz, and now this. McGraw was definitely on my radar too. A really solid midcarder here.
June 18, 201510 yr comment_5678143 By the way, who's avatar looks more stern: my Jack Tunney or Beast's Jim Crockett?
June 18, 201510 yr comment_5678149 WWC selects Rick McGraw. At this point you're trolling me. First Rodz, and now this. McGraw was definitely on my radar too. A really solid midcarder here. Lower midcarder / JTTS more like, but he is solid in the role.
June 18, 201510 yr comment_5678161 Fidel Sierra was next on my list, but with my list dwindling I grabbed another light heavyweight to work with Dynamite.
June 18, 201510 yr comment_5678163 BTW, Rheingans was a possible much earlier pick for JCP and I'm shocked he fell to round 12. Not amazing, but a solid hand and good legit-type to have rounding out the card.
June 18, 201510 yr comment_5678165 Now that we are just filling out the midcards our main pictures should be set. I starting to plan out the main events of major shows for the rest of the year and it is really hard to decide which way to go. I got more talent than I expected and I think I have to slow down the plans I had. Trying to figure out the right order for challengers is going to be a fun challenge.
June 18, 201510 yr comment_5678170 There are still main eventers on the board too I feel you can only have so many and too much is overkill and leads to a diluted product. Martel/Wahoo/Khan/Valentine/Koloff is more than enough to satisfy a long run.
June 18, 201510 yr comment_5678171 It will take some creative booking to get a long run out of those five guys. More power to you though.
June 18, 201510 yr comment_5678173 Don't anyone project your roster doubts onto Southwest. I'm quite happy with what I have after Duggan/Manny, Saito/Khan deals and have about 8 months of stuff outlined with all the pieces I have. Parv complaining about Rick McGraw going after writing his name about 100 times is also rich.
June 18, 201510 yr comment_5678174 For example... Martel vs Koloff a few months Martel vs Khan a few months Martel vs Valentine many months Martel vs Wahoo (after heel turn) a few months Martel & Garea vs ??? a few months Wahoo vs Koloff a few months Wahoo vs Khan a few months Wahoo vs Valentine many months That is way over a year and that is rushing things. By then you have trades, re-drafts, new people coming in and new people built up. If I brought in a new main eventer to begin with then they would have to toil on the undercards.
