At this point i think everyone should look at their roster and decide if they need to continue drafting or not. The increasing problem with the proxy picks is that we're going to run into more situations where the proxies will be gone by the time someone's turn comes up. Either that or send in at least 5-6 proxy picks.

Actually I had some well reasoned people who gave me a list and said "when those names are all gone I am finished" at least 2 or 3 like that

But the people who are just taking any random name off the list that they don't know and saying "this is my jobber" yea they should probably stop drafting because there are lot of people on the list who would never agree to work as a jobber or would be so god awful at it that you wouldn't want to use them for it.

You're good, you asked me for a list of jobbers. It's more the people who send me a random collection of untaken names and tell me "draft these for my jobbers" like yea ok I don't think Victor Jovica would have been coming in for jobber work.

Not a 1:1 example but some of the names I have been given have not been realistic.

Yea I have tried to draft guys who might be real low end but are still above jobbers. I mean T.G. Stone & Terry Adonis aren't getting big pushes from me but they aren't going to be "Mac" Rivera either.

In my attempt to get everyone's lists straight for the 10 proxy picks I had, and due to your previous comments about Rocky Brewer, I had gotten confused & befuddled in my mind and mixed up the fact the Mike Masters' other name is Rocky Jones. I am dumb.

Hey, I watched a whole two minute match with Douglas, which he won, and he was competent and then cut a really bad promo.

 

I drafted Hogg on the basis that he had a cup of coffee as a Central States Tag Team Champion, and that body-slamming a 385lb man will make Tony Atlas look awesome!

JR Hogg was a Memphis jobber for a while too and I had him pegged as a heel jobber for me until you stole him like you did Israel Matia you dirty thief.

It didn't hurt that Hogg looks slightly like George R.R. Martin.

I watched this guy Mike Masters have a legitimately good match with King Parsons last night. Probably my favorite match I watched out of the Portland I watched for this actually.

 

Joe Blanchard has decreed that all those who post things in the Draft Thread from this point forward that aren't draft picks or the draft order will have any scheduled out dates cancelled. We at Southwest Championship Wrestling are sick of this draft already. And throw in "picking people who were already picked" on that too for good measure.

I know Swede Hanson was over the hill and not very good in 1983 but it is very hard to believe that not a single promotion wanted him till round 20+
