Is there a way to consolidate this whole discussion and break it down to which companies are in the NWA and then have the owners get together to make some guidelines like - how long a presidential term is - how will we vote on NWA champion - how to go about letting people into the NWA.

Then we could vote on the President and even see if there are 2 or 3 spots that hold clout. I am thinking of something like the President gets 3 votes, the 2 vice presidents or whatever we call them get 2 votes, then the rest of the members get 1 vote kind of thing.

Any thoughts?

Kris might know, but at some point Jim Barnett was booking the champion as "treasurer" and the NWA President got the deciding vote if crucial things were ever tied up.

For that reason, it would make sense to me for the "war council" to have an odd number of seats. 5 or 7 or 9. Otherwise the Presidential vote is not that powerful.

Matt D should be the President which means taking everyone's PMs to coordinate the champion's dates, handling territory disputes and reading every single NWA member's TV report to make sure that they aren't disrespecting the NWA's name.
