June 21, 201510 yr Author comment_5679331 Some of the menus are in English. Looks like you can get injured and need to take care of your wrestlers. You can also buy skills and outfits. Looks like you can compete for titles and has a ranking ladder for each belt. I want to say that it syncs with real NJPW events like the UFC game but I'm not sure. The emails given in game are all Japanese.
