So it's a given that any kind of match is a pretty physically intensive situation, in terms of strength, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, etc, etc, it's going to require quite a bit of food energy. Add to this the majority of modern professional wrestlers are pretty big for the most part. That size along and maintaining it will require a lot of calories, even more when you factor in the training that goes into sculpting that body.

All too often you hear about guys struggling to eat well on the road. Does anybody have any ideas what exactly, and just how much (Big Show's food bill...) these guys eat on a day to day basis?

I know a lot of the older guys like Bruno would live off large quantities of Rice, Oatmeal, Milk, Eggs and Meat where available.

"..The first stop was Wendy's or Arby's... I can still tell you the orders...At Wendy's, it would be two hamburgers, with ketchup, no pickles, no onions. At Arby's... and then after the show it was the donut stand. After he went home, he always stopped at Dunkin Donuts."

Whom does this refer to?

I've always been intrigued by what guys like Mark Henry, Kane, Taker and Big Show are putting away each day. You would think that dieting for them, given their huge natural frames, would be a pretty simple task. I remember right about the time Big Show was getting very out of shape before his sabbatical from WWE in 2006, that Dave reported something about Show eating two very large pizzas before a match, and justifying that "he'd burn it off in the match" when taken to task about it.
