December 30, 20159 yr comment_5718093 This is from a newsreel, so it's heavily clipped and we have to deal with an irritating sexist narrator, but at least we get a rare glimpse of early women's wrestling. There's a certain amount of intensity in every little thing they do and there's no wasted movement. This makes minute things like attempting a lock up or applying a headlock fun to watch. This certainly makes me curious to check out more women's wrestling from this era.

August 28, 20241 yr comment_6023861 This was by far the highlight of the early footage we have available. Both worked with tremendous physicality and aggression and while its not something one can rate given the clipping, its easy to say that this looked like an absolutely tremendous match rather than good for its time.
