This is an opener. It was a match to get the audience going. So the babyface goes over with his finisher in a real nothing match. 1 3/4*

From what I gathered this was also the introduction of Mr Wrestling II to the Houston crowd, which explains why there is zero heat through most of the match save for the crowd popping for big or different moves. I still love to watch Mr Wrestling II in action as well as a good monkey flip so I was very happy here, even if the match wasn't the greatest.

I love Wrestling II so I enjoyed this. I wouldn't say the crowd was dead, they reacted pretty well to II's act and his goofy mannerisms. Wasn't all that engaging of a match but any chance I get to see Wrestling II in a match I haven't seen, I'm gonna take it.
