Man I really liked what we got here. My problem was the match went 10 minutes and felt like it should have gone 20. I liked Mil's work on the arm. He constantly was working it and had movement. So we had a fun shine segment. Superstar's strikes were credible. He got some heat on Mil. Everything Superstar did held water. I wish he didn't use his damaged arm to hook on a front face lock. Superstar uses his size to gain an advantage. We go to a comeback and finish. Fun stuff. 2 3/4*

I'm with you here, it ended way too early. The ref bump at the end was silly, it made no sense as it did not change the outcome. It was a good 10 minutes but that's about it.

Interesting to see Mascaras here vs Mascaras working WWWF. He's a lot more competitive here and works like he'd work in Japan.

The ending did seem abrupt, and it was strange that they bumped the ref even though the face still won just fine seconds later.

The mat sequence in the middle of the match was fascinating. They didn't always seem too eager to go where the other wanted to go, which may not have been smooth but seemed so much more realistic than each guy controlling their holds with little resistance.

Eadie was absolutely huge in 1983.
