Posted December 13, 20159 yr comment_5715154 Self-explanatory, thought it'd be interesting to compare how many wrestlers we'd rank from a certain region, I'm splitting it Japan-Mexico-Europe-US&friends. Currently jap folks make up a little over half of my list, I have between 15-20 lucha guys and the rest is mostly US with some safe EU picks like Finlay, Han and Breaks thrown in there.
December 13, 20159 yr comment_5715162 Technically, wouldn't Finlay and Han be in different regions? US & Japan?
December 13, 20159 yr comment_5715163 I'm using where they mainly worked rather than where they were from. And I've got 31 from USA, 65 from Japan, and 4 from Mexico.
December 13, 20159 yr comment_5715171 I may have Mr. Saito for Japan. I approve of this but I would also tell you to give Fujinami a chance. If I can get into him surely you can. If I was doing a singles ballot I would also probably put Onita on too.
December 13, 20159 yr comment_5715172 I kept falling asleep during the Chavo vs Fujinami match. I gave up on that idea back in August. I have a loose plan to get the NJPW DVDVR 80s set AFTER the deadline though. I can only get so much familiarity between now and the deadline and I'm focusing on the last set of lucha guys I really need to work out (Solar, Villano III, Perro, Sr. Navarro, Black Terry, etc) and the WoS guys (Breaks, Grey, Cortez, Collins, etc), plus the few US guys I have a problem ranking (Vader, for instance).
