He did everything to get over Afa's terrible nerve holds. Now Bob vs Bock I can get behind. We also get some promos, and Bock was great. 2*
December 20, 20159 yr comment_5716701 Afa best single match ? I like this match a lot. Afa establish his strong grip blocking Backlund's arm before using the nerve hold. I agree with Shoe about Backlund's selling : really good. To be honest, I watch this for Bockwinkel promo but the match was fun. Backlund was super over for his first match in a market that never see him.
December 21, 20159 yr Author comment_5716774 I thought Dick Murdoch had the best singles Afa match I've seen. This is up there though, It was fun to see Bob play Southern Baby face and just sell his ass for Afa.
