The Midnight Express ("Loverboy" Dennis Condrey & "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton) vs. Italian Stallion & Rocky King MX have had issues with Rocky for months and Rocky actually gets some offense in here. MX though would take over and went the methodical route of working over the faces as Corny talks mega shit on the floor. Condrey just planted Rocky with a brainbuster to win. Billy Jack Haynes comes out for a promo next where he tells Tony that he is the best announcer in the NWA. BJH then talks about wanting The Barbarian to set up their future match. Next we get the Dillon/Landell promo from Starrcade. "Ragin Bull" Manny Fernandez vs. Tommy Lane Bull works a headlock most of the match where standing or on the ground and the fans start heckling him which is funny. Bull would mix it up using a headscissors but still kept it grounded. Bull would finally put Lane away with the Flying Burrito to win and then he cuts a promo afterwards talking about 1986 the "Year of the Rage." The Road Warriors (Animal & Hawk) vs. Black Bart & Thunderfoot Roadies are just dominant to start the match throwing the heels all over the ring and the fans are going nuts for everything. Hawk would miss a running shoulderblock into the corner and the heels finally have something to work with or so it seemed because Animal ran in the ring for a 4-way brawl. Ivan Koloff then shows up and talks to Schiavone which brings Ellering over to the desk to talk shit to Ivan before he gets jumped by Nikita from behind. Hawk then jumps to the floor as Animal pins Thunderfoot. Animal then fights all 3 Russians by himself as Hawk is down and Nikita would use his chain on Animal then used it for a Russian Sickle before Hawk ran them off with a steel chair. Great angle here and extra material. Jim Crockett then announces that every match in the Championship Challenge Series in December will be No DQ matches from now on and announces Billy Jack Haynes, Sam Houston, & Magnum T.A. vs. Tully Blanchard & The Minnesota Wrecking Crew for next week. "Hands of Stone" Ronnie Garvin vs. Jim Jeffers Garvin just toys with Jeffers here taking his time before finally putting him away although the best part of the match is when Jeffers actually got offense in it pissed off Garvin even more. An angry Road Warriors come out next for a promo and they are pissed off about what happened to Ellering. They then declare World War 3 started today. This is fun. Arn Anderson is out next for a promo talking about the NWA World TV Title and how he is the true champion and will always be the true champion. We also get clips of Dusty waffling Arn with a chair and taking the belt back. Next we get Nelson Royal sitting around the campfire talking about the Bunkhouse Stampede matches that are coming soon. This is extra material. Then we get Magnum's promo from Starrcade. Jim Crockett is back out with the NWA World TV Title belt and announces that a tournament will take place on January 4th in Greensboro. Next we are supposed to get clips of Flair vs. Dusty at Starrcade but we get clips of Dusty vs. Tully at the Great American Bash instead to end the show.....weird.
