Posted January 12, 20169 yr comment_5720250 Sting vs Shaska Whatley Sting was really on fire. Big time dive to the floor. Some sloppiness. Still a fun little bout. JJ interview 4 Horseman vitamin commercial-EXTRA Sheepherders vs Ricky Santana/Kendall Windham This is another good match between the teams. I'm digging the Sheepherders working over Kendall's back. They're working smart, and getting good heat. Kendall has been pretty good as the FIP. Hot tag, and the Sheepherders bump and stooge real well. A fun finish, and get a post match angle with Rip Morgan replacing Johnny Ace as the flag barer. I'm on the fence to nominate. I'll pass it on as a low end nom.I wish the shine was a little longer. Nikita Koloff vs Al Perez Koloff's arm work to start was pretty fun. Perez works the neck. Perez is working smart, but not very dynamic. Pretty basic work from him.
April 1, 20178 yr comment_5794172 Sting vs. Shaska Whatley (4/14/88) Sting was on fire here hitting topes to the floor and just taking it to Shaska but Shaska comes firing back and this turns into a fun little back and forth battle. Sting would get a sunset flip for the pin which was interesting. Next we get a promo by JJ Dillon about The Midnight Rider. Ricky Santana & Kendall Windham vs. The Sheepherders (Butch Miller & Luke Williams (4/14/88)Good back and forth action to start nothing special until the Sheeps start working over Kendall's back which was also pretty good. Santana gets the crowd hyped up chanting USA trying to will Kendall to get the hot tag but he can't get there. Miller misses a big splash hitting all knees but Kendall still can't get the tag. Santana is working the corner like crazy but the fans aren't as hot for this. Kendall finally gets the hot tag to Santana who runs wild on the Sheeps until Kendall joins in. Ace jumps on the apron with the flagpole allowing Butch to catch him with a knee. Tommy Young sees the flagpole in the ring and refuses to count allowing Santana to schoolboy Miller to win. Ace then brawls with the Sheeps afterwards before Rip Morgan makes his debut attacking him as well. The match is just okay but the angle deserves to be an extra. "Russian Nightmare" Nikita Koloff vs. "Latin Heartthrob" Al Perez (4/14/88) Decent match nothing special and this feud is just starting up. Gary Hart would run in for the DQ using a blackjack on Nikita really kickstarting the feud.
