Tully/Arn vs Santana/Rotundo

The heels are great at bumping around and stooging. They're great at making the faces look good. We get a commercial and it's Santana and Arn in there. Arn misses a knee drop and Ricky does a nice job working it. Eventually they cut him off and work Santana over for a few minutes. Hot tag to Rotundo and he's on fire. Now he gets cut off and they're all over Rotundo. This was a good FIP section. We get a nice nearfall off a Rotundo comeback with an airplane spin. Finally Mike makes the hot tag to Santana. We get a clusterfuck finish that sees the heels retain.Low-End Nomination

NWA Pro Wrestling 11/21/87

This starts with yet another Kevin Sullivan promo about Starrcade with Caudle & Weaver at ringside.

Larry Zbyszko vs. David Isley (11/10/87)

Very easy win for Zbyszko and we get a promo from Larry afterwards with Baby Doll challenging Windham to a shot at his title.

"The Enforcer" Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard vs. Mike Rotundo & Ricky Santana (11/10/87)

Interesting matchup here for TV. Rotundo is a house of fire early and he has the Horsemen reeling from his offense before we go to a break. We come back and Santana is in the ring where he continues to put pressure on the Horsemen but Tully would use his experience to take over on him and along with Arn they work him over. Rotundo would get the hot tag and he would get a Sleeper on Arn but Tully would grab his trunks and sent him to the floor. The Horsemen now double up on Rotundo and got help from Dillon as well with Rotundo taking a beating. Rotundo is good as the FIP here fighting back trying to get the tag to Santana and we get a spot where Rotundo gets the Airplane Spin on Arn but Tully sweeps his leg for a nearfall. Rotundo then counters a Slingshot Suplex for a nearfall before tagging in Santana which starts a 4-way brawl with Santana even punching Dillon. Arn would then grab Weaver's chair and used it on Santana with Tully covering for the win. Fun TV match but not enough for a nomination.

Dusty joins Tony next talking about how it's days away from Starrcade and how everyone needs to be at the top of their game.

Luger & Dillon are out next with Tony talking about Dusty's promo and how Dusty's days are numbered.

The Rock n Roll Express (Robert Gibson & Ricky Morton) vs. Max McGyver & Tony Suber (11/10/87)

RnR look strong in this one and they talk about the Skywalkers match afterwards.

Ric Flair joins Tony next talking about Ronnie Garvin's title reign would end at Starrcade and Flair would be back on top where he belongs.

NWA World TV Title: "Russian Nightmare" Nikita Koloff © vs. "Hot Stuff" Eddie Gilbert (11/10/87)

Eddie jumps Nikita at the bell trying to get an advantage but it doesn't work as Nikita would work over Gilbert in between commercial breaks. Eddie got some offense in but Nikita would come back until Rick Steiner ran out for the DQ. They double up on Nikita before leaving.

Ronnie Garvin joins Tony next for a promo talking about Starrcade and how he will remain champion.

World Wide Wrestling 11/21/87

This starts with Gilbert & Steiner gloating about attacking Nikita on the Pro to Bob Caudle.

Barry Windham vs. David Isley (11/10/87)

Windham wins easily with the Superplex then joins his former partner Ronnie Garvin for a promo at ringside with Crockett talking about their matches at Starrcade.

"Gorgeous" Jimmy Garvin & Mighty Wilbur vs. "Russian Bear" Ivan Koloff & The Warlord (11/10/87)

This is quite the match and Wilbur is getting more over by the week. Wilbur hit two big splashes on Ivan but Barbarian would run out for the DQ and then he hit two diving headbutts on Wilbur afterwards until Garvin ran off everyone with a steel chair.

The Super Powers are out next with Dusty putting a heavy shill job on Starrcade trying to get people to watch it saying that everyone in the company's life is on the line basically. Extra material.

Arn & Tully join Crockett next for a promo talking about the time for talk is over and the Roadies will find out at Starrcade.

Larry Zbyszko vs. Larry Stephens (11/10/87)

Zbyszko toys with Stephens before putting him away with the neckbreaker.

Ric Flair joins Caudle next for a promo talking about what it takes to being Ric Flair and being the NWA Champion is the most important thing. Great stuff and extra material.

Ricky Santana vs. Max McGyver (11/10/87)

Santana gets a quick win here.

Luger & Dillon are out next talking about Starrcade and that the Horsemen will reign supreme.

The Rock n Roll Express (Robert Gibson & Ricky Morton) vs. Chance McQuade & Curtis Thompson (11/10/87)

30 seconds and a Double Dropkick ends the match.

Zbyszko cuts a promo next with Baby Doll talking about how Windham will be a stepping stone to the world title.

Rick Steiner vs. Tommy Angel (11/10/87)

Steiner wins with the Belly-To-Belly in seconds then joins Kevin Sullivan for a promo after the match where Sullivan compared Steiner to Mike Rotundo & Steve Williams and said that Steiner needed to be his own man and do the right thing. Interesting foreshadowing.

World Championship Wrestling 11/21/87

Dusty starts out with a promo about how he was going to beat Luger at Starrcade.

The New Breed (Chris Champion & Sean Royal) vs. David Isley & Terry Jones (11/11/87)

Standard fun New Breed squash with Champion almost hitting his head on the ceiling with a diving axehandle to the floor. Sean Royal using the Scorpion Deathlock as a transition hold here as Sting who is also on the roster uses it as his finisher was funny. We also get a fun New Breed promo afterwards.

Luger & Dillon come out next for a promo and a retort to Dusty as well as Dillon calling the War Games the TRUE Survivor Series which was great.

Mike Rotundo vs. Tommy Angel (11/11/87)

Easy win for Mike.

Sting vs. Cougar Jay (11/11/87)

Squash and wins with the Stinger Splash not the Scorpion here. Sting gives a promo afterwards about Starrcade.

Barry Windham comes out next for a promo about Zbyszko.

Kevin Sullivan vs. Alan Martin (11/11/87)

Total squash.

"Dr. Death" Steve Williams vs. Thunderfoot #2 (11/11/87)

Squash and a promo afterwards.
