RnR Express come out to start the show talking about putting Jim Cornette in Betty Lou.

The Road Warriors (Animal & Hawk) vs. Bill Mulkey & Carl Styles (2/22/86)

This ain't 1989 Carl Styles and the Roadies destroy these guys. They join Tony afterwards for a promo about their issues with the Russians and they want to send them back to Russia.

HOLY SHIT this is from the local Columbus, GA feed of WCW and we get local promos!!!!!!!! Arn cuts a promo on Valiant mocking him.

Tully Blanchard vs. Mike Jackson (2/22/86)

Good to see Mike working here and he looks really good to start trading holds with Tully. Jackson was treated almost as an equal to Tully here in the ring by the way the match was worked but always a step below. Tully would finally get pissed off enough to finish Jackson with the Slingshot Suplex ending a fun match.

Next we get the video from Ric Flair on that weekend's World Wide Wrestling debuting the new NWA World Heavyweight Title belt aka Big Goldy, Flair then is on the set live where he debuts the belt there and Flair is full Ric Flair here. The best part about the new belt is that Ric is spelt wrong with a K on the end. This is a slam dunk extra.

Baron Von Raschke vs. Rocky King (2/22/86)

Baron has no problem here.

Then we get the debut promo from Jimmy Garvin & Precious from an empty Techwood Studios and this was a great way of introducing him as a douchebag.

Teijho Khan vs. George South (2/22/86)

Khan sucked and even South couldn't make this good.

Dusty & Baby Doll are out next for a promo and there are 2 weeks left on Tully's National Title countdown which Dusty said that ain't happening and he loves on Baby Doll.

"Hands of Stone" Ronnie Garvin vs. Bob Owens (2/22/86)

Garvin stretches Owens and mauls him. Garvin then cuts a promo after the match thanking the fans for supporting him and talks about driving 18 wheelers.

Flair comes back out talking about the Crockett Cup and how he and Arn Anderson would be winning it.

NWA World TV Title: Arn Anderson © vs. Denny Brown (2/22/86)

Denny is still the NWA World Jr. Champ so it's a battle of champions. Denny works Arn's left arm when he is on offense and this is the difference between this match and the Sam Houston match as Denny likes to keep it grounded while the Sam match had more action. Arn would go on offense as now Dusty & Flair are both at ringside watching on. Arn would then work a bunch of holds here as well and this was a simple wrestling match before Denny makes his spirited comeback. Denny has Arn reeling until Arn catches him with the Gourdbuster out of nowhere to win the match. Dusty & Magnum then jumped in the ring afterwards but Arn & Flair walked away. I liked this match a good bit and this may be the best match Denny ever had on TV. This is a low-end nomination.

Arn & Flair then cut a promo afterwards where Arn says that when Ric is around he wants to show off and that is what he did there. Tony then shows clips of a Flair/Garvin 60:00 draw where Garvin KOed Flair after the match which angers both Arn & Ric.

The Barbarian vs. Paul Garner (2/22/86)

Barbarian squashes Garner easily.

Paul Jones & Baron come out next for a promo talking about getting rid of the Road Warriors.

"Russian Bear" Ivan Koloff vs. Brodie Chase (2/22/86)

Ivan methodically picks apart Chase while Nikita watches on.

Cornette is out next talking about the Roadies, Crockett Cup, and that he can't be in a cage because of his fear of heights with legal documents to back him up.

The Midnight Express ("Loverboy" Dennis Condrey & "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton) vs. Larry Clarke & Mike Simani (2/22/86)

MX do what they do best in squash matches...destroy people. Dennis uses Jeff Jarrett's "Stroke" as the finisher and after the match the RnR run out with tennis racquets to clean house as the crowd went nuts.

Tully & Dillon come out next talking about Tully will get the National Title in 2 weeks and they are taking on Jimmy Garvin as a partner for the Crockett Cup.

The Rock n Roll Express (Robert Gibson & Ricky Morton) vs. Black Bart & Thunderfoot (2/22/86)

This would've been pushed as a big TV match 3 months earlier. The heels give RnR a fight of course but RnR killed Thunderfoot with the double dropkick.

Roadies come out next for a promo talking about killing the Russians & MX.

Ivan & Nikita who is wearing some boss fucking shades are out next talking about all the babyfaces and they call Magnum scared.

Magnum TA vs. Bill Tabb (2/22/86)

Magnum wins in seconds and demands Nikita get in the ring then jumps Nikita on the floor where they brawl for a bit until the locker room pulls them apart. Extra material.

For sure the debut of the Big Gold is an Extra.
