Ronnie Garvin starts the show with a promo saying that he is going to depose Ric Flair like a dictator.

"Hands of Stone" Ronnie Garvin vs. Tony Zane (3/8/86)

Garvin just terrorizes Zane here.

Paul Jones & Baron Von Raschke come out next and Paul is growing out his mustache as his gimmick is about to change soon. Paul says his army is growing with Baron saying that everyone will go down.

The Barbarian vs. Bill Tabb (3/8/86)

This is an interesting match aesthetically because Tabb would become a Black version of Barbarian a year later. Two big dudes here but Barbarian is way better at this time and takes care of Tabb easily.

Valiant comes out next saying that he ain't scared of Paul Jones' Army and the war is on.

Leo Burke vs. George South (3/8/86)

Burke was such an interesting fit here and he just manhandles South until George makes a comeback where he actually gets some nearfalls on him. Burke though was a cagey veteran and he would take care of South soon thereafter.

Tully & Dillon are out next for a celebratory promo as Tully won the National Heavyweight Title on 3/4 in Columbia, South Carolina. They are downright giddy here talking about it. Extra material.

Pistol Pez Whatley vs. Art Pritts (3/8/86)

Big things are ahead for Whatley and Pritts is no match for him here. Whatley then cuts a promo afterwards saying that he was standing tall with the other babyfaces against the other heels.

Cornette comes out next and talks about how the MX should be the top seed in the Crockett Cup and that he is tired of hearing about Betty Lou.

The Midnight Express ("Loverboy" Dennis Condrey & "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton) vs. Brodie Chase & Mike Simani (3/8/86)

Bobby's mullet here is fantastic and the team itself looks fantastic killing these guys. Bobby going over and high-fiving Tony during the match was great. After the match, RnR run out and attack the MX and give Cornette a double dropkick for his trouble. The angle is extra material.

Next we get clips of Tully winning the National Title from Dusty with Flair on commentary. The finish is great because it is the same exact finish as Savage/Tito from a couple of weeks earlier.

Dusty & Baby Doll then cut a promo live again where Dusty talks about Hard Times and Dusty said they took everything they may as well take all his clothes. Dusty then starts stripping and they go to commercial. Definite extra.

Magnum is out next for a promo and he has the new US Heavyweight Title belt and they talk about the match with Nikita is signed for television.

The Road Warriors (Animal & Hawk) vs. Bill Mulkey & Carl Styles (3/8/86)

Total destruction.

Ivan & Nikita are out next talking about what Magnum just talked about as well as losing double chain matches to the Roadies. Ivan said that they haven't seen any contract from Magnum and it's all hearsay.

The Rock n Roll Express (Robert Gibson & Ricky Morton) vs. Larry Clarke & Bob Owens (3/8/86)

Morton's right hand is in a cast selling an injury but this is an easy win.

Ric Flair is out next for a promo where he is laughing his ass off at Dusty. Flair then talks about how the heels have all the world belts and laughs more at Dusty. Flair then starts calling out the Roadies setting that up for later then calls out Morton. Extra material.

"Gorgeous" Jimmy Garvin vs. Rocky King (3/8/86)

Jimmy's TV debut and he makes easy work of Rocky. Garvin & Precious then cut a promo afterwards where Garvin calls out Wahoo McDaniel who was coming back to the area.

Black Bart vs. Dr. X (3/8/86)

I have no idea who this masked jobber is.

The Roadies are out next for a promo and they talk about winning the Crockett Cup and putting away their rivals. Hawk then says that he's got more women talking about his tongue than they talk about Flair's suits....AWESOME....

Magnum is back out yelling about how the Koloffs are liars and he is tired of talking and he wants to fight right now.

Baron Von Raschke vs. Mike Jackson (3/8/86)

Jackson tries but fails as Baron puts him a way with the Iron Claw.

Tully & Dillon then come back out to gloat about beating Dusty again and that he would never get a shot at the title again.

I totally agree this is an extra
