Jaggers is someone who really opened my eyes when I watched the Puerto Rico set. He looks like a really good all around worker who knew how to work heel schtick comedy and could bring the brutal offense when it was time to take over. His candidacy is hurt by lack of opportunity in more glamorous territories, but he strikes me as someone worth investigating. He might not be a top 100 candidate, but just a really good forgotten wrestler.
