January 9, 20179 yr comment_5782686 World Wide Wrestling 4/12/86This starts with Ronnie Garvin & Magnum coming out with Ronnie's hand in a cast from the Horsemen attack and both men said that this setback wouldn't stop them from winning the Crockett Cup.Black Bart vs. George South (4/8/86)South shows some spunk but Bart is too tough and rough for him finishing him with the Texas Compactor.Garvin & Precious are out next talking about how they "injured" Wahoo and how it was easy.Dusty & Baby Doll are out next and Dusty is coming for some titles and gave Arn a 30 day notice he was taking his title.The Road Warriors (Animal & Hawk) vs. Mark Fleming & Gene Ligon (4/8/86)The Roadies quickly kill these guys.Next we get promos from Paul Jones, Baron, Whatley, Garvin, & Precious for the 5/2 show in Roanoke.The Roadies come back out and cut a promo on the Russians with Hawk talking about how they have sick minds.Ricky Morton vs. Tony Zane (4/8/86)Morton getting singles matches on TV means it's time for the Flair feud plus looking impressive against a big dude like Zane was good. Flair comes walking out to ringside to watch the match and then after Morton wins, he gets in the ring to talk shit which then turns physical. Morton attacks Flair and beats his ass until the jobbers ran out. Dusty comes out and tries to get Morton to leave which pisses off Flair even more. Slam dunk extra.Nighthawk Coltrane vs. Vernon Deaton (4/8/86)Coltrane wins quickly with the shoulderbreaker.Ivan, Nikita, & the returning Krusher are out next for a promo as Krusher is still on crutches saying he's glad to be back and he is coming for revenge.Arn & Flair are out next very angry about what just happened with Morton and Arn promised some serious damage was coming to him. Flair said that he is going to beat Morton to the point where no one can recognize him. Arn then said that no one gives him 30 days not even his landlord.The Barbarian vs. Rocky King (4/8/86)Shaska is with Jones at ringside and Rocky just shakes his head at him. Barbarian then proceeds to destroy him and Shaska helps Barbarian beat him down after the match.Wahoo is out next and he isn't injured of course and we get the clips of Garvin trying to injure Sam Houston which brought out Wahoo who got sprayed in the face by Precious allowing Garvin to drop him with the Brainbuster. Wahoo said that Garvin needs to pray for himself."Ragin Bull" Manny Fernandez & Hector Guerrero vs. Golden Terror & Thunderfoot (4/8/86)Bull & Hector make quick work of these guys and look good in the process.Then we get promos from Coltrane, RnR, & Garvin for the 5/2 show in Roanoke.The Midnight Express ("Loverboy" Dennis Condrey & "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton) vs. Rocky Kernodle & Ron Rossi (4/8/86)Rocky got some offense in but other than that the MX steamrolled these guys.Jones is back out for a promo with Shaska & Barbarian again talking about how Valiant is a coward. Shaska is talking shit which brings out Coltrane who offers him some money which Shaska takes and helps Jones & Barbarian pound on him until the Bull makes the save.World Wide Wrestling 4/19/86This starts with clips of Arn & Tully trying to break Garvin's hand from WCW."Gorgeous" Jimmy Garvin vs. Tony Zane (4/15/86)Garvin barely gets the big Zane up for the Brainbuster.Next we get a promo from Paul Jones, Baron, & Shaska and they talk about their war against Valiant."Russian Bear" Ivan Koloff vs. Mark Fleming (4/15/86)Ivan makes quick work of Fleming and Nikita helps Ivan beat him down some more afterwards.Then we get clips of an angle between Flair & Morton from WWW.Nighthawk Coltrane vs. Ron Rossi (4/15/86)Coltrane wins easily with the Shoulderbreaker.Next we get promos from Jones, Shaska, Baron, Garvin, & Precious for the 5/2 show in RoanokeThen we get a promo from Valiant who is highly pissed about Shaska cutting his hair."Ragin Bull" Manny Fernandez, Chief Wahoo McDaniel, & Hector Guerrero vs. Black Bart, Leo Burke, & Thunderfoot (4/15/86)Interesting match here for WWW and the faces just steamroll these guys with quick tags and high impact offense. It would finally break down into a 6-way brawl before Bull caught Thunderfoot with the Flying Burrito to win. Impressive squash match.Garvin & Precious are back out next talking about Wahoo of course and they show clips of Garvin dropping Wahoo with a Brainbuster but he said that he didn't try to hurt him yet.Bull joins David Crockett next talking about Shaska turning on Valiant and how he has betrayed the brotherhood. Paul Jones shows up with a briefcase and tries to recruit him saying he needs him. Bull said he didn't sell out in Vietnam and he ain't now....well at least for the moment. This is a definite extra.Sam Houston & Nelson Royal vs. Gene Ligon & George South (4/15/86)Sam & Nelson look good here especially Sam who was starting to come into his own.The Russians are out next for a promo talking about Magnum & Roadies and their vendetta against them with clips from MACW where they destroyed Magnum and he was helped out of the area."Boogie Woogie Man" Jimmy Valiant vs. Vernon Deaton (4/15/86)This is a quick squash.Next we get promos from Bull, Valiant, & Wahoo for the 5/2 show in RoanokeColtrane & Bull are out next talking about their issues with Whatley.Baron Von Raschke & Shaska Whatley vs. Denny Brown & Rocky Kernodle (4/15/86)The faces put up a small fight but the heels overpower them.Wahoo is out next for a promo on Garvin talking about when he turned heel and how he has regretted that for over a year and he isn't going to let Garvin get him down again.
