Posted March 17, 20169 yr comment_5733917 NWA Pro Wrestling 6/28/86Cornette & Bubba do their co-hosting routine on NWA Pro as well and it's fun listening to Jim & Bob interact 6 years before SMW.The Rock n Roll Express (Robert Gibson & Ricky Morton) vs. Ben Alexander & Mark Fleming (6/23/86)RnR just steamroll these guys.Dusty & Baby Doll join Bob Caudle next talking about the upcoming Bash tour and their hatred of Cornette.The Road Warriors (Animal & Hawk) vs. Bill & Randy Mulkey (6/23/86)Total destruction.Cornette then introduces the Hawk/Flair video from WCW.Roadies would then cut a promo about that beatdown and they said they were coming for blood now.Tully Blanchard vs. Vernon Deaton (6/23/86)Cornette interviews Ronnie Garvin during the match which was a fun sidebar. Tully hits the Slingshot Suplex very quickly then Dillon tapes up Tully's fist and he KO's Deaton to win.RnR cut a promo next talking about their plans for the Bash.Magnum TA vs. Brodie Chase (6/23/86)Magnum doesn't even take his vest off here as he hits a Belly-to-Belly Suplex in seconds.Next we get promos from the Koloffs, Cornette, & Arn for the 7/6 show in Raleigh.Cornette would then interview Garvin & Precious about Jimmy's upcoming Indian Strap matches on the Bash tour.The Warlord vs. Thunderfoot (6/23/86)Poor Thunderfoot has to get killed by Warlord.Cornette then interviews the Russians who talk about getting their NWA World 6-Man Titles back with Nikita wanting the US Title.Then we get the taped Flair promo again.The Barbarian, Baron Von Raschke, & Shaska Whatley vs. Mike Simani, George South, & Tony Zane (6/23/86)The Army is impressive here.Next we get promos from Magnum, Ellering, Roadies, & RnR for the 7/6 show in Raleigh.Cornette interviews Dillon & Tully next about the upcoming Taped Fist matches at the Bash.
