Very easy win for the MX before the Freebirds jump them after the match and the Dynamic Dudes run them off then the MX walk out of the ring wihtout shaking hands which left Cornette & the Dudes perplexed.

Next we get a taped promo from Lex Luger talking about how great he was.

The former Ding Dongs have a tough time here as the Freebirds come out pissed off after what happened earlier and they take it out on them.

Funny seeing Gilbert & Rich teaming up against Evans & Sartain who are wearing tights exactly like Gilbert & Rich used to wear when they were the New Fabs in Memphis 5 years earlier. Decent match.

This starts with a taped promo from Brian Pillman sending a warning to Lex Luger saying that he is coming for him at Halloween Havoc.

Luger looks very impressive here putting away Price.

Then we get Jim Ross interviewing Gary Hart & Terry Funk about Halloween Havoc and the Thunderdome cage match.

The Dynamic Dudes (Johnny Ace & Shane Douglas) & The Midnight Express ("Beautiful" Bobby Eaton & "Sweet" Stan Lane) vs. Agent Steel, Bill Ford, Gene Ligon, & Tony Suber (10/2/89)

Interesting match here as the faces dominate but there is the seeds of issues being sewn here as Johnny Ace tags Eaton without Eaton putting his hand out which upset the MX as you could tell from their body movement then after the match when the MX won they walked out leaving the Dudes in the ring.

Next we get Joe Pedicino Knows.

Then we get a promo from Ric Flair, Brian Pillman, & Sting talking about Halloween Havoc and how they are going to be winners. Flair brings out Ole Anderson who is going to be their Terminator at Havoc.

The Z-Man vs. Richard Sartain (10/2/89)

Spotlight match for the Z-Man and we got a promo from him before the match.

Funk's first match on syndicated TV in a couple of months and he along with Muta squash these guys.
