This is a pretty fun match. I liked how heated it started. The Dudes shine was good. Shane was good in the FIP role. I just wish the NZM was better working on top.

Evans is no longer a Ding Dong but gets his bell rung by Big Ron.

Michael "PS" Hayes vs. "Sweet" Stan Lane (9/11/89)

Interesting singles match here and I liked the danceoff before the match. This was a decent match with both men working hard but Garvin would get involved a lot which saw Cornette get involved too and that got Lane DQed.

World Wide Wrestling 9/23/89

The Dynamic Dudes (Johnny Ace & Shane Douglas) vs. The New Zealand Militia (Rip Morgan & Jacko Victory) (9/11/89)

This has Cornette & Paul E. both at ringside and the Dudes come out pissed because of the Militia injuring Ace so the Dudes could go to All-Japan. The heat that was there when the match started subsided quickly and it became just a normal tag match. Dudes worked hard but the Militia were just pedestrian on offense which was fine but didn't make for a dynamic match.

NWA Pro Wrestling 9/30/89

This starts with Jim Cornette & Dynamic Dudes cutting a promo talking about their match with the Freebirds on TV later.

Total squash.

Then we get the video of Scott Steiner being attacked by Robin Green's henchmen.

"Capt. Redneck" Dick Murdoch vs. Trent Knight (9/18/89)

Murdoch is back from Japan and fun seeing him get a spotlight match on TV.

Tommy "Wildfire" Rich vs. Agent Steele (9/18/89)

Tommy is racking up TV wins and the fans are getting more into him which was good and Rich was starting to get in better shape.

The Dynamic Dudes (Johnny Ace & Shane Douglas) vs. The Fabulous Freebirds (Jimmy "Jam" Garvin & Michael "PS" Hayes) (9/18/89)

This is a non-title match and the Birds cut a promo before the match bashing the Dudes. The match was a decent match and they worked a fast pace but they went to a TV time limit draw which was an interesting finish as the NWA didn't do that type of finish often.

This is followed up by a promo from Teddy Long about the Roadies.

Next we get the angle where Ric Flair got Terry Funk unsuspended.

"Dirty" Dick Slater vs. Ricky Nelson (9/18/89)

Slater destroys Nelson and then calls out Flair on the mic afterwards. Flair then runs into the ring and he jumps Slater then beats on Gary Hart leading up to Flair working over Slater and they have turned this into a proper match right before TV time runs out.
