Fantastics vs Al Perez/Larry Z

Fantastics work the leg early. Quick tags in and out by the Fantastics. Love the row your boat star spot. The heels are trying to slow the pace. Now they're all over Perez's leg. The Fantastics are so great working the crowd. Heels to a double team to set up the heat. Now the heels are returning the favor and going after the legs. Hot tag eventually. Fulton in with fists a glory. This is a solid nomination. It had really sound psychology. It might have gone a little long.

The Fantastics (Bobby Fulton & Tommy Rogers) vs. "Latin Heartthrob" Al Perez & Larry Zbyszko (5/31/88)

Lots of really good leg work by the Fants early on and we got the rowboat spot which the crowd went apeshit for as you hardly ever saw it in these days. Fants also were working with some flashiness that the crowd ate up as well. Rogers got caught by the heels and they worked over his back really good and the fans were desperately wanting him to get to Bobby for the hot tag. Fulton gets the hot tag and we get a 4-way brawl with Fulton hitting a cross body on Larry who trips over Rogers for the pin. This was a pretty damn good match and I think it should move forward as a nomination.
