They are working this spot on.This turns into an out of control brawl. It feels like we have enough here. Solid-nomination Murdoch vs Al Perez Murdoch is so good working the arm. Still not enough meat on this one.
June 5, 20178 yr comment_5803038 "Dr. Death" Steve Williams vs. The Terminator (4/28/88) This is repeat match. The Fantastics (Bobby Fulton & Tommy Rogers) vs. The Sheepherders (Butch Miller & Luke Williams) (9/27/88) Good action to start and we get a clip early on coming back to where Rip Morgan nails Fulton with the flagpole on the floor causing Fulton to juice pretty good. Rogers would get the hot tag and he ran wild on the Sheeps until Fulton was able to join him. As this was going on the Sheeps brought the pole in the ring and used it on Rogers. It became a wild battle for the flagpole before Tommy Young was shoved down and called the match a no contest. This was fun stuff but I'm not sold on it being a nomination so I'm going no on that. "Capt. Redneck" Dick Murdoch vs. "Latin Heartthrob" Al Perez (9/27/88) Gary Hart & Kevin Sullivan are both at ringside for this and Murdoch looks strong early on as he works over Perez's arm. Perez would get some offense in on Murdoch until it turns into a slugfest which Murdoch naturally would get the best of Perez in that. Perez though would lock on a sleeper and Sullivan would get his shots in on Murdoch as well but Murdoch stays alive. Perez's legwork though was tedious at times but Murdoch would make a comeback and teed off on Perez sending him to the floor where he would bash his head on the table then jabbed him with a steel chair. Murdoch would have Perez in the Brainbuster but Sullivan would again attack for the DQ.
