May 10, 20169 yr comment_5752094 Why IS it "Super Delfin," exactly? Seems like Super Dolphin is way more accurate.
May 10, 20169 yr comment_5752135 Fortunately for SMW's ability to run shows, Tony Atlas and ICW Dawna didn't incite riots in rural Kentucky in 1993
May 10, 20169 yr comment_5752147 Why IS it "Super Delfin," exactly? Seems like Super Dolphin is way more accurate. it's spanish
May 10, 20169 yr comment_5752164 i assume that the ECW explosion match that Dave Prazak was remembering the Public Enemy vs Badd Company exploding cage match that apparently was so awful and screwed up it will never see the light of day.
May 11, 20169 yr comment_5752358 Why IS it "Super Delfin," exactly? Seems like Super Dolphin is way more accurate. it's spanish Super Delfin is the correct name as it's in Spanish but it was often mistranslated from Japanese katakana. Same reason why some people still call "a hilo" to a "tope con giro", that in Spanish quite literally means dive with a spin.
May 11, 20169 yr comment_5752385 AJW ran two shows in bigger buildings in the 80's. They ran Budokan Hall on 8/22/85 with Chigusa vs Devil and Jaguar vs Lioness. Then they ran Sumo Hall in April 1986.
May 11, 20169 yr comment_5752418 I don't know if it came up on this episode but Kris, you need to do a podcast talking about your action figure collection.
May 12, 20169 yr comment_5752425 Towards the end this become more like Drunk History w/ Dave Prazak. Hmm .... Okay now I request an episode of BTS where Kris, Bix and the guest are all drunk.
May 12, 20169 yr Author comment_5752467 I don't drink but I feel drunk towards the end of the long BTS episodes
May 12, 20169 yr comment_5752487 Loved the Horace the Psycopath talk. I'd see him work Ken Patera's All Star Wrestling shows in small-town Minnesota back in the late 90s. Had no idea he was still around.
May 12, 20169 yr comment_5752524 Loved the show, as usual - Prazak is a great guest. The impromptu IWA-MS talk was super-entertaining too. Maybe an Exile with Prazak focusing on IWA-MS?
May 12, 20169 yr comment_5752526 Has anyone see a screen shot of this "Calvin Knapp vs "Jobber"" graphic? that killed me.
May 13, 20169 yr comment_5752557 Loved the show, as usual - Prazak is a great guest. The impromptu IWA-MS talk was super-entertaining too. Maybe an Exile with Prazak focusing on IWA-MS? For the love of God, yes.
May 13, 20169 yr comment_5752713 It is incredible how quick and enjoyable these shows are. Despite having heavy amounts of things to cover, you guys always deliver with the good shit.
May 14, 20169 yr comment_5752818 Thank you Andrew you're doing the lords work. That is amazing I wonder if "Jobber has a Cagematch profile?
May 14, 20169 yr comment_5752821 Kris' Dunn & Marcus line had me laughing way more than it had any right too!
May 17, 20169 yr comment_5753137 Loved the show, as usual - Prazak is a great guest. The impromptu IWA-MS talk was super-entertaining too. Maybe an Exile with Prazak focusing on IWA-MS? I third this. The few minutes during the WING segment where Dave, Kris and Bix just went on tangents about obscure 00s indy guys made me want a whole Exile on the subject with the three of them.
