This is from Florida. So I'm not sure this is where it goes. They're plugging the GAB tour, and they have JJ on commentary. This was a good match. The opening shine was good. The stooging was particularly good. The heat was really well executed. To start the heat we get a drop toe hold and elbow drop combo onto Gibson's neck. So the rest of the way the MX would constantly go back to working the neck. Eventually we get the hot tag till we get a jabroni finish to a good match.

NWA World Tag Titles: The Rock n Roll Express (Robert Gibson & Ricky Morton) © vs. The Midnight Express ("Beautiful" Bobby Eaton & "Sweet" Stan Lane (7/1/87)

The MX are without Cornette here as he was nursing an injury. Good back and forth to start with the RnR being on the dominant end before we go to a break. We come back and the MX are still getting worked over but it was like they were going through the motions. Gibson would get caught and he was working FIP tonight getting thrown to the floor and dropped neck first on the railing. The heat section here is fine but it's not the usual RnR/MX type stuff and we get another break as this is going on but this time we don't miss much. MX are focusing on Gibson's bad left shoulder but he would get the hot tag to Morton who got a cross body block on Eaton then a double dropkick before Pee Wee Anderson DQed the MX because Lane broke up a pin. Lame finish to a disappointing match and not a nomination.
