Super Medico vs. Hiroshi Hase

This is from 1986 and Hase looks like Japanese Dr. Death here in his singlet. Lots of matwork to star before both men start turning up the intensity with a nice slap exchange on the mat. Medico would get the advantage dropping Hase neck first on the top rope then peppering him with punches before catching him with a diving headbutt off the top rope to win. This was fun to watch but not enough for a nomination.

Bruiser Brody vs. The Invader

This is supposedly from 1985 and it's a battle from the bell as Brody gets the advantage on Invader and starts pounding him inside and outside the ring breaking out the juice naturally. Invader comes fighting back though and kicks Brody in the balls to neutralize him and he gives Brody a taste of his own medicine bashing him into the ringpost a couple of times bringing out juice from him. Invader is really teeing off on Brody now and bites the cut for good measure until Brody catches him with a kick to the face. Invader though still keeps coming and at one point grabs Brody by the hair so he can punch him in the face numerous times. Invader then clobbers Brody with a chair a couple of times outside the ring until the referee calls for a double countout. The brawl would continue all over the stadium in a wild scene with Invader being carried around by the fans before it was over. This was a wild fucking brawl with lots of shit going on and I'm going to pass it forward as a nomination.

Mr. Pogo & TNT vs. Ricky Fuyuki & Miguel Perez Jr. (Summer 1987)

Funny seeing Fuyuki as a babyface here and his early work with Pogo is interesting to watch as they trade offense. TNT would come in and started working nerve holds and it didn't pick up until Pogo got back in the ring. Fuyuki is taking punishment but he is fun firing up trying to make a comeback before finally getting the hot tag to Miguel who runs wild on the heels until their double teaming put him in trouble. Fuyuki would get the tag from Miguel and again showed great babyface fire before Miguel joined in for the 4-way brawl. Pogo locked on a Cobra Clutch on Fuyuki who passed out as TNT & Miguel brawled on the floor. I dug this match a lot and I'm throwing it on the block as a low-end nomination.

"Dangerous" Danny Spivey vs. Mark Youngblood (June 1988)

This was okay nothing special both guys worked hard even Spivey well for him at least. Spivey definitely gave Mark a ton of offense considering he was getting a Colon feud and how big he was.

Bruiser Brody vs. The Crusher (Spring 1987)

Brody vs. Rip Morgan is quite the matchup here and they brawl all over the stadium with Brody in total no-sell mode for Crusher since he is a babyface. This match pretty much ended because Abdullah the Butcher came out and Brody fought with him instead.

Then we get Colon vs. Hansen from 11/9/86 which I've seen.

Hiroshi Wajima vs. El Vikingo (9/21/86)

This sucked.

"Boogie Woogie Man" Jimmy Valiant vs. Kendo Nagasaki (7/15/89)

Valiant in WWC is a treat but not against Kendo Nagasaki. The match wasn't very good and it went to a DQ when Kendo sprayed mist in Valiant's face.

The Viet Cong Express (Hiroshi Hase & Fumihiro Niikura) vs. Tully Blanch & Ron Sexton

This is from 1986 and Tully Blanch......what a fucking name for a jobber.

Ricky Fuyuki vs. El Rebelde

This is from 1987 and not sure who Rebelde is but he starts out strong on Fuyuki taking the offense to him. Fuyuki though again showing really good fire makes a comeback and takes control hitting a big lariat but Rebelde keeps coming at him and this is a real back and forth battle. Rebelde does nothing dynamic but everything is effective and Fuyuki sells enough to make it that way. What was odd though was they went to meaningless matwork really late in the match. Fuyuki would hit a spin kick out of nowhere on Rebelde after being in trouble to win the match. This match is really interesting because of who is in it and how it was worked. I'm throwing this on the block to see what others think of it.

Abdullah the Butcher vs. Armando Salgado

Also a squash match from 1987 with Salgado bleeding like a motherfucker.

Then we get Colon vs. Boris from 9/19/86 which I've seen.

Bruiser Brody vs. The Invader (Spring 1986)

I think is from 1986 but I'm not sure....it is from Trinidad though. This starts out with some basic action but it isn't long before Brody sends Invader to the outside where he threw him into a table standing up at ringside then used a chair on him. Invader's white mask is now covered in crimson and Brody is vicious working over the cut with Invader valiantly fighting back but Brody is too powerful for him. Brody puts Invader in the tree of woe and stomps him out until Victor Jovica runs out which sends Brody running to the floor where he throws chairs in the ring before leaving. Invader is a fucking mess.

Street Fight Battle Royal

This is from 1987 with all kinds of motherfuckers in this match including guys like Bruiser Brody, Mighty Igor, & Big Red Reese. Brody using a toilet seat as a weapon and Igor using a mop...this is wacky. This is a bunch of guys working a slow plodding batle royal that's not nearly as good as some of the other ones we've seen. It does get better as guys leave the match with one fun exchange being Brody holding Hercules Ayala so Miguel Perez Jr. could destroy him with a cookie sheet. Ayala eliminating Brody on his own was a big surprise to me and the last 3 men were Ayala, Crusher, & Miguel with Ayala backdropping Miguel over the top to win it. It got better later but still not enough for a nomination.

Bruiser Brody vs. The Assassin
Super Black Ninja vs. Lazaro Salazar
TNT vs. The Assassin
Kendo Nagasaki & Mr. Pogo vs. Carlos Ocasio & Pedro Santos

All squashes from 1988.

North American Heavyweight Title: Bob Heffernan © vs. Mil Mascaras (12/21/86)

Slow start with both men trading holds but Mascaras of course coming out on the better end. Heffernan got tired of this and took the match to the outside where he pounded on Mil for a minute before bringing it back to the ring where Mil would fight back and Heffernan did some funny selling for him. The match would go back outside this time with Mil being the aggressor until both men stopped the other one from getting back in the ring prompting the double countout.

Next we get Hansen vs. Link and Roadies vs. Funks which I've seen already.
