Colon works a headlock for what seemed like forever...they didn't lay for a long period of time in one spot but they would get up and immediately go back down. Starr finally got some offense after raking Colon's eyes and now he starts firing some shots with the match finally picking up some steam. Starr catches Colon with a big kneelift for a nearfall as Colon gets his foot on the rope and then he decides to go to the mat with a front chancery. Starr would get up and then he tossed Colon to the ground then continues his pressure back in the ring as he is running through Colon like nothing. Colon though would make a comeback and they start trading big shots with both men hitting hard. Colon seems to have Starr reeling until both men drop to the ground where Starr would post Colon then hiptossed him on the dirt where he would miss a diving kneedrop. Colon then started kicking at Starr's leg around the field before they got back in the ring. Chicky Starr then runs out with Colon throwing Ron into Chicky who then comes in the ring where he can't quit hitting Ron then Colon headbutted him out. Colon then locked on the Figure-Four Leglock and Starr submitted to give Colon the title. Colon refused to break the hold afterwards until finally doing it to get his belt. I hated the headlock stuff early on but the rest of the match was pretty damn good and this is a low-end nomination.

They keep it interesting with pin attempts, a back body drop, a flip off the ropes back to the headlock. All good. Starr finally takes over with a good old poke to the eyes. Once Starr takes over, his offense looks pretty nasty. They make their way outside and brawl on the field. This sets up the finish as Starr misses a knee drop n the baseball field. This sets up the figure four and Colon win. I thought this was a solid nomination and should be on the set.
