Posted May 30, 20169 yr comment_5755242 Ron Starr vs. Chicky Starr (12/17/88)This is nothing but a war to start as Ron is fucking pissed at Chicky and takes him to the floor where he busts him open immediately. Ron is kicking the shit out of Chicky who is begging for mercy and he is putting it all there hitting his big Million-Dollar Kneelift for a nearfall as Chicky got his foot on the bottom rope. Ron would go for the DDT and Chicky broke free went scurrying outside where he tried to recover. Great spot as Chicky gave Ron an irish whip but he passed out and Ron came back with a knee to the face. Chicky though would get a sleeper hold out of nowhere and then started firing away with whatever he could muster up. Chicky is giving Ron a taste of his own medicine and he throws him into the crowd. Ron started firing back but Chicky caught him low and then we get a chair thrown in the ring as fans were running around and Chicky used it on Starr. Ron though came fighting back throwing some awesome punches before grabbing a chair and used it on Chicky as payback. Chicky rolls out of the ring and it looks like he has enough and runs out but Ron chases him down which as this happens there are fans in the ring jumping around and they quickly leave which was an awesome visual. Chicky tries to leave but Ron pulls him back in so he can punch him but Chicky fouls him hard right in the balls and then runs away this time for good. Cheap finish but god damn this was a total war and a definite nomination.
