I really enjoy his Norman the Lunatic run until Trucker Norm, Bastion Booger is what it is, and admittedly I've never properly seen much Makhan Singh, but he seems pretty serviceable enough just going from his Lunatic stuff. Quite a lot of fun to watch in fact. So aye, what's the craic on him?
June 5, 20169 yr comment_5756079 This is totally based on 30 year old memories, but his best work was Stampede 86-88. He was the top heel there and was a perfect asshole, and great foil for a young Owen Hart. Very funny promos and interactions with Ed Whalen. Nothing groundbreaking but some good solid heeling
June 6, 20169 yr comment_5756253 Seriously just watch the Owen Hart vs Makhan Singh matches in YouTube. Hard to get otherwise. Just a really solid heel who made Owen look like a God, and he was a solid promo, to boot. Norman was a solid use of him as a face & could have had legs if he wasn't cut off by Ole et al, but you won't know how good he was until you see him as Singh.
