MX are dominant here and this was a long squash where they just toyed with these guys. Cornette and his boys cut a promo afterwards where Cornette rips on Dusty's family heavily and this is fantastic. Extra material.

Koloff manhandled this guy and then he joins Crockett afterwards talking about Cornette's promo minutes earlier and he tells them to bring it on. Nikita also calls out Mike Rotundo as well.

Tony & David talk about Rick Steiner, Mighty Wilbur, & Ricky Morton being hurt at the Bunkhouse Stampede and we even get a promo from Wilbur in the hospital. We also get clips of Dusty winning the Stampede at the Omni on New Years Day. Extra material.

Easy win for the Barbarian.

Simmons is a powerhouse steamrolling Isley. Simmons then cuts a promo afterwards about how he was coming for Flair and that he has worked all his life to achieve success.

Dusty is out next talking about Cornette saying that he is the one to beat. Dusty also talks about the bounty on his head and how someone is coming for it. Dusty basically calls Cornette gay here. Extra material.

Baby Doll looks almost exactly like Stevie Nicks here. Larry has no trouble winning here with a crazy neckbreaker. Larry & Baby Doll cut a promo afterwards about the fans chanting for Windham and he wants his Western States Title.

The Lightning Express (Brad Armstrong & Tim Horner) vs. Trent Knight & Bob Riddle (1/6/88)

Good spotlight match for the LX.

Bill Apter comes out next where he presents the Inspirational Wrestler of the Year award to Nikita Koloff with Magnum TA coming out as well to join Nikita. This is a great moment and a definite extra.

Apter then presented the Most Popular Wrestler award to Dusty Rhodes where Dusty kisses Apter's ass then talks about how JCP is real wrestling not a cartoon like the other folks. Another definite extra.

Ric Flair won the Most Hated Wrestler award but he wasn't there to accept it and they gave it to Jim Crockett instead which was funny.

Jim Cornette & The Midnight Express then come out to get their Tag Team of the Year awards and Cornette is great here. More extra material.

This was taped from Baltimore and we get a Luger promo on the Horsemen afterwards.

Cornette comes out with Murdoch for the first time here as Murdoch is his bounty hunter. Murdoch is a vicious fucker here destroying Nelson. Cornette & Murdoch then cut a promo after the match with Cornette singing George Jones and this is amazing. Extra material.

The Road Warriors (Animal & Hawk) vs. Nate Bolin & Dale Laperhouse (1/6/88)

These jobbers die a quick death then we get a promo from them afterwards talking about the Stampede and the upcoming bench press contest with the Powers of Pain. Hawk then talks about the only part of his body that's soft isn't always soft. Extra material.

RnR Express come out for a promo nexst with Morton wearing a fucking fur coat talking about the Stampedes and how Morton is coming back from an injury with their focus being on the Sheepherders.

The Sheepherders (Butch Miller & Luke Williams) vs. Italian Stallion & Mike Jackson (1/6/88)

Johnny Ace is at ringside being the flag bearer as the Sheeps get a good fight from their opponents but the Sheeps prevail in the end then we get a promo from the Sheeps afterwards.
