Redneck" Dick Murdoch vs. Italian Stallion & The Lightning Express (Brad Armstrong & Tim Horner) (1/10/88)This is a fun matchup and the LX look good against the MX which was expected. Eaton using the Olympic Slam on Brad in 1988 was a fun spot. This is a pretty fun sprint until Murdoch uses a Brainbuster on Stallion to win. Cornette and his boys then cut a promo with Bob Caudle afterwars talking about taking out the Super Powers.Luger cuts a promo next with Bob Caudle on the Horsemen wearing quite the black leather jacket. We get clips of his past issues with them as well including the shocking return of Ole Anderson at the Omni on New Years Day."The Enforcer" Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard vs. Gene Ligon & Larry Stephens (1/10/88)The champs look really good here and then cut a promo about how great they were with their expensive cars and jewelry. Arn then tees off on Luger again.Sting vs. The Gladiator (1/10/88)Sting wins in seconds with the Scorpion Deathlock then talked to Jim Ross after the match about wanting Ric Flair demanding he come out but he doesn't.Flair & DIllon then cut a promo talking about Windham needing to take their offer.
