Reed pinned Kensey with a side headlock.....this finish was completely fucked up as Teddy fucked up the finish as Kensey got his shoulder up but Teddy didn't see it. Reed made him pay for it hitting the big top rope clothesline after the match with Dillon counting him out.

Kendall Windham vs. George South (1/19/89)

Dustin Rhodes has left to go to work for his daddy and Kendall is working here with his hair slicked back into a ponytail like his brother and works with a definite edge. Barry comes out and talks about how Kendall wants to win now and is working towards getting some gold now.

"Hot Stuff" Eddie Gilbert vs. Agent Steel (1/19/89)

Gilbert gets a strong win on TV.

The Varsity Club (Mike Rotundo & Steve Williams) vs. Mike Jackson & Trent Knight (1/19/89)

Rotundo & Doc dominate these guys as Lex Luger watches on from afar which was interesting.

Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat vs. Russian Assassin #2 (Jack Victory) (1/19/89)

I love that Tony played up the past between Steamer & Paul Jones as the match was starting. This is a spotlight match for Steamer and he looks great. Flair comes out during the match saying that what happened the previous week was a total fluke and he is pissed off that people think he beat him. Flair goes and yells at fans directly which was something. Flair is so pissed that Steamer is out with his family being righteous and he said that this is wrestling not family entertainment. Flair then yells at Steamer so Steamer runs and dives over the top rope to the floor on him which was wild. Windham runs out for a 2-on-1 until Gilbert runs out to make the save. Gilbert gets posted and Flair drops a knee to the back of Gilbert's head on the floor. Steamer comes back and tears Flair's pants before they leave. The Flair stuff makes this a slam dunk extra.

"Capt. Redneck" Dick Murdoch vs. Mike Justice (1/19/89)

Murdoch wins very easily here.

"Total Package" Lex Luger vs. Jerry Price (1/19/89)

Luger is in amazing shape here and he toys with Price before finishing him off with the Torture Rack.

The Midnight Express ("Beautiful" Bobby Eaton & "Sweet" Stan Lane) vs. Rick Allen & Keith Steinborn (1/19/89)

As the MX easily pick apart these jobbers, Paul E. and the OMX show up to watch the match with Cornette thinking that Paul is trying to bait the MX into getting suspended but it's not going to work.

NWA World TV Title: "Dogfaced Gremlin" Rick Steiner © vs. Eddie Sweat (1/19/89)

Steiner doesn't sweat Eddie and after the match talks to Tony with his dog talking about "Mike Retardo" and calls Sullivan a toad.

The Road Warriors (Animal & Hawk) vs. Randy Hogan & Bill Holiday (1/19/89)

Total destruction and the Roadies talk to Jim Ross afterwards about their issues with the Varsity Club. Ross' face as Hawk talks about all the injuries that is coming their way is great.

"Russian Bear" Ivan Koloff vs. Gene Miller (1/19/89)

Miller takes the fight to Koloff early but Ivan uses his smarts to take over and makes him submit to the Boston Crab.

Next we get clips of the Gilbert angle from earlier with a promo by Steamer who said that Gilbert suffered a broken nose and a concussion then went off on Flair to close the show. Extra material.
