Next we get a taped promo from Lex Luger talking about how he is a defending champion and that Flair wants a shot at him so he wants to face him. Luger then talks about Michael Hayes turning on him saying that he sold out and he will make him pay. Hayes then said that he doesn't have to explain himself but he wanted to be on the all-star team of the Yamazaki Corporation. Hayes then tells guys to leave if they don't like it and that some organizations will let you work there without even wrestling good. Hayes said that his true fans will be with him no matter what

The Varsity Club (Kevin Sullivan & Steve Williams) vs. Dewayne Bruce & Bob Emory (3/16/89)

Sullivan & Doc have no mercy on these guys.

Then we get a Danger Zone with Paul E. interviewing Cougar Jay where Randy Rose makes a surprising return and he shows up hugging Paul E. saying that his lawyer got him reinstated in the NWA. Paul E. tells Randy that he isn't going to manage him anymore and Rose is pissed off at this before Jack Victory attacks him and leaves him laying. Paul even broke his phone on Randy's head. Ranger Ross vs. Max McGyver (3/16/89)

Another impressive win for Ross especially with Iron Sheik walking around ringside distracting him. Sheiky joins Jim Ross & Hayes after the match talking about Iran being #1 and that he wants Ranger.

Flair & Matsuda are out next talking about Steamer and Flair is doing commentary next over a taped match between Steamer & Snake Brown. Then we get a taped promo from Steamer afterwards about his upcoming match with Flair at the Clash followed up by Flair cutting a live promo on Steamer. Extra material.

Hayes & Paul E. talk next with Paul shaking Hayes' hand and it's a complete lovefest.

Cornette and the MX are out next at the desk talking about how the foreigners need to be sent out of the NWA and the Samoans are next.

The Great Muta vs. Jerry Price (3/16/89)

Muta's music makes it's debut here and he is more impressive here breaking out the CATTLE MUTILATION as his finisher. Hart then talked about how bad of man that Muta was and this was some good shit. Extra material.

The new US Tag Champs are out next as Eddie Gilbert & Rick Steiner beat Kevin Sullivan & Steve Williams for the belts and they talk about being champs for a while.

The Varsity Club then come out for a retort with Sullivan talking about how Oklahoma was the cleanest university around and during all this talk, Jim Ross' facials were amazing. Ross then grills Rotundo why he won't wrestle guys like Sting or Steiner but Rotundo said there are better men to face.

Rip Morgan makes his debut as the Iranian flag bearer at ringside as Sheiky destroys Sartain.

"Capt. Redneck" Dick Murdoch & Vincent Young vs. The Enforcer & Lee Scott (3/16/89)

Murdoch & Young is quite the oil and water tandem and they win easily. Murdoch watching Young breakdance was something.
