When the Macho Man was a boy with his younger brother Lanny, they traveled with their father to different territories including Hawaii. Randy was decent wrestler at the time but didn't have confidence in his promo ability. After watching one of his favorite wrestlers he figured out his famous tag-line! "Ooh Yeaaah!"
