The match is pretty basic but effective and a good effort for the first round of a tournament. Daniels controls most of the match and Vic is a good bumper. Vic will end up being one of the lost names of the 2000’s as he got a good push in IWA-MS in a couple of years. Vic hits a good powerbomb. I also thought Vic did a good job avoiding the Angels Wings. Daniels ends up winning with his rolling DDT that’s name is escaping me at the moment. ***

February 5, 20178 yr comment_5787264 This got a little too cutesy with the counters and new versions of moves at times for my tastes. It just made the match seem a bit amateur where Daniels-Modest didn't come across that way at all to me.
