This has them being their traditional faces against a pretty generic crew and was nice to see just a basic indy match. I wouldn’t say the heat for Mack vs. Ki was bad but I will say the heat here in this basic match is better which is pretty astounding giving the match structure. Double dropkick gains the win for the RNR Express. **1/4
March 15, 20178 yr comment_5791879 This Rock N Roll Express duo sure has their act down. Fun stuff. I have no idea who those three jabronies are on the other side, but at a certain point it doesn't matter. Morton and Gibson just need warm bodies for their teamwork to make the dream work.

April 22, 20178 yr comment_5797847 It seemed like Robert Gibson started the match as a heel but once Ricky tagged in, he became a babyface. That was weird. Average match for sure but a good one. Rock N rolls could still go in 2000.
May 5, 20178 yr comment_5799370 This is a handheld from a house show. I’ve never seen or even heard of the Rock & Roll’s opponents so no chance in identifying who is who, although they are all in matching black T-shirts and tracksuit bottoms so maybe they’re some local faction of gang. Lengthy shine and control opening from the Express, however a low blow and DDT to Ricky turns the tide. The trio get a bit of heat on him until he hot tags to Robert and a double dropkick not much later sees the Express come out victorious. Despite their opponents having no look and being no names, they’ve certainly not just been dragged off the street as they all seem capable and bump well for the Rock & Rolls. I can see why there is a bit of confusion over whether they are heels here (Robert getting in some shots behind the referee’s back, Ricky throwing one of the opposition over the top rope to the floor and Robert attacking him on the outside), but the crowd were cheering them no matter what. Fun little match.
December 21, 20177 yr comment_5824893 Straight forward formulaic RnR match against some guys I've never heard of. From the year so far, I'd take their NWA Wildside heel work over this in a heart beat. This gets more crowd heat than the majority of the indy footage we've seen this far from the year. Overall this is skippable.
May 4, 20187 yr comment_5847023 Run-of-the-mill tag match that is worth it to see that The Rock N Rolls could still pull off a pure Southern tag match with, what looks like, 2 guys they've just pulled from the crowd.
