This is JIP at about the 10 minute mark so we get the 2nd half of the match which was pretty good.

Sting cuts a promo next at ringside with Ross & Tony talking about coming for Flair and the fans are hilarious here mugging for the cameras.

The Barbarian & The Warlord vs. Robbie Idol & Jack Towers (12/2/87)

The soon to be Powers of Pain totally dominate these guys and after the match Paul Jones has his crew at ringside talking about Ivan Koloff is getting his young guns ready for big things.

Ronnie Garvin joins Crockett next for a promo talking about coming back for Flair and the NWA Title and he will be better than ever.

"Dr. Death" Steve Williams vs. Jerry Grey (12/2/87)

Doc wins easily with the Stampede and cuts a promo after the match talking about Windham and the Bunkhouse Stampedes.

Sting vs. Bob Cook (12/2/87)

Sting has no issues here.

The Roadies & Ellering are with Crockett next talking about Paul Jones and his men wanting them and coming for the Bunkhouse Stampedes.

"Sweet" Stan Lane vs. Kendall Windham (12/2/87)

Kendall gives Lane fits early on but Lane would send him flying to the floor where Cornette would whack him with the racquet causing him to get counted out.

Dusty Rhodes cuts a promo next in his Bunkhouse Stampede gear with the big gold boot talking about how he will compete in the tournament this year to defend his title. Extra material.

Ric Flair & JJ Dillon are with Crockett next talking about Flair defending his title against Michael Hayes later on.

"The Enforcer" Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard vs. Italian Stallion & Nelson Royal (12/2/87)

The Horsemen get tested early but they take care of business in the end then join Dillon for a promo afterwards with Crockett talking about being the best tag team in the world. Arn again takes a veiled shot at Luger.

NWA World TV Title: "Russian Nightmare" Nikita Koloff © vs. Mark Starr (12/2/87)

Nikita manhandles Starr to retain his title then cuts a promo afterwards about being the only TV champion now and he wants all competition.

Kevin Sullivan vs. Rick Ryder (12/2/87)

Sullivan totally mauls this guy.

Luger cuts a promo afterwards with Dillon talking about his future after Starrcade saying he is ready to break out of the pack with Dillon making some interesting facials behind him.

"Beautiful" Bobby Eaton vs. Rex King (12/2/87)

Easy win for Bobby.

Mike Rotundo vs. Thunderfoot (Joel Deaton) (12/2/87)

Sullivan comes out to talk to Rotundo but he no-sells him so Sullivan gets on commentary and talks about Rotundo needing a new vision. Sullivan then yells at him on the floor and Rotundo gains some intensity.

RnR then cuts a promo next about the Bunkhouse Stampede.

NWA World Heavyweight Title: Ric Flair © vs. Michael "PS" Hayes (12/2/87)

This is Flair's first defense on TBS in almost 2 years. Flair & Hayes was always a fun matchup for me as it was like watching the Nature Boy against the Redneck Nature Boy. Flair tries to take Hayes to the mat to start but Hayes counters everything so they kick up a notch with Hayes staying on top keeping Flair at bay but the problem is we get a clip and miss Flair on offense. We come back and Hayes is really taking it to Flair throwing some really good punches before Flair drops the knee over his to setup the figure-four. Flair locks it and grabs the ropes as the fans go nuts before releasing it and going back on offense. Flair kept up the pressure until his head hit Hayes' which turned the tide with Hayes hitting a big DDT for a nearfall. Hayes is really fun here taking it to Flair who bumps and sells like he always does as the punches are flying. Hayes would hit the bulldog and has Flair down but Flair gets his foot on the rope with Hayes thinking he had it won but Flair would chunk him to the floor. Hayes comes back with a sunset flip and the show goes off as Bill Alfonso counted two............that was one of the cheapest endings ever. Fun match and with a finish would've been a nomination but no finish.
