February 5, 200619 yr comment_4454156 That was fun to watch for old time's sake. It also fun to see a promo that isn't meticulously scripted out and seems to have real emotion. Wasn't a BAH GAWD GREATEST PROMO EVAR by any stretch (3 1/2 minutes to say two things? Bolivia being brought up that many times?) but Corny's one of those guys in the business that can do no wrong by me.
February 5, 200619 yr comment_4454244 Angry Cornette + mic time = GOLD. It's awesome and at the same time sad that WWE had this guy at their disposal and decided scripted, bland promos were better than this.
February 5, 200619 yr comment_4454463 I thought Cornette's shoot style promos in the WWF were great. I remember a great one on Muchnik and an attack on a WCW PPV where he busted the line "the match stole the show, but let's face it... it was petty theft" that Pat McNeil immediately stole like everything else he wrote.
February 6, 200619 yr comment_4457567 It is an absolute shame that Cornette and Heyman can't make nice. I honestly believe the two of them could create the most brilliant wrestling ever. Doubters be damned. They are the perfect flipsides to a very shiny coin.
