The dad from The Christmas Story also died today. Actually felt a little down after reading that one.

I love Don Knotts. From his weird nasally thing to his scared/surprised for no good reason reactions. The man was a comedy genius. Barbey Fife was jus damn likable and Mr Furley the quentessential sitcom character. Showing up with his tropical shirts would get involeved in some crazy mix up and make a silly face. Good simple humor from back in the day.
