Giving everyone another day due to Mania weekend. AstroBoy's back on. Any other movement?

In the meantime, here's my match from the week:

http://prowrestlingonly.com/index.php?/topic/41577-rick-rude-terry-gordy-and-steve-williams-vs-mitsuharu-misawa-toshiki-kawada-and-tsuyoshi-kikuchi-all-japan-71491/

A little more of a traditional tag structure (with a finishing stretch that felt like something out of captain-driven lucha trios), with Rude being a very effective fish out of water adding a fun element to the proceedings.

Martha Villalobos & La Diabolica vs. Selene & Vicky Carranza (Arena Mexico, 10/6/1989)

Womens wrestling from the 80? And not Joshi? AND in Mexico? Exactly the type of thing I was expecting from participating in this thread. Martha Villalobos steals the show from the beginning and the crowd loves it. We get some drama between the rudos in the middle to spice things up and a couple of good looking spots from Selene using the ropes. Great, chaotic finisher. Really had fun watching this, I was expecting some obscure Volk Han match from you to be honest!

shodate, I'm going to give you a Sara del Rey match:

i loved this match from two of the best Us womens since the days of Ripper and Madusa back in the day [ in Japan at least ] this was top level stuff in modern womens wrestling and would have been a top-level upper mid-card match in the golden age of joshi that is high praise

also @mattd im in next week and every week up until the week of july 22nd when not going to be online at all for 9 days

I guess I forgot to drop out of this.

I apologize to those I've been paired with, but there's been a lot going on at home lately and I can't really focus on scheduled reviews. I'll probably join back in if things quiet down.

I think I took you off for a week as requested and then tossed you back on (but work and home have been busy here too so I might have slipped). Anyway, I'm happy to double with HeadCheese this week. I'll have a match for him and Astroboy today.

Headcheese, I'll take laz' match (assuming you didn't pick something for him specifically) and give you this:

One of the best, funniest midget matches we have on tape.

Astroboy, happy to watch that.

Here's yours. One of the best Super Astro matches we have on tape:

Should I make an additional review for that first entrance? Crazy stuff.

Ok so this is my first Toryumon match, I recognize a couple of the guys from Dragon Gate, mostly from the infamous ROH match, and some DG events I saw around that time.

I was going to do a play on play, but forget about it. Just complete CHAOS from the beginning, oh my god this is insane and super funt. Everything looks great, crowd is hot and into this the whole time.

I literally screamed when the guy asked for everyone to get in the ring for a chop contest. Great comedy spots as well.

They were doing the popular acts in modern indie wrestling, only 15 years ago. Mind blowing.

Man! I need a minute to breath.

My suggestion to you is a personal favorite, from a fun event and with a small but super hot crowd: Hotstuff Hernandez vs Low Ki, from IWA-Deep South
