I didn't expect New Jersey summer to phase me at all since I'm used to 100-degree plus days in Arkansas, and this isn't the worst I've ever experienced, but it's certainly hotter than I expected. And it seems like the heat didn't really kick in until Saturday. Is that pretty much true for everyone right now?

Yeah the same happened here. It was in the 60s leading up to Friday and then it was suddenly in the high 80s. But Ohio weather has always been like that.

We are actually cooling down here. When the Northeast was getting flooded, we were experiencing record highs. I can actually go outside without melting now.

So hot here. Sucks to work in a factory without air conditioning in most places.

I hate hot and humid.

 

At least when it's cold you can put something else on or get under covers and/or snuggle up to someone.

I called Flyboy on Sunday complaining about the heat. Same thing here in VA/MD/DC. Temperature shot the HELL up on Saturday. It was actually pretty cool in the early morning (I was on the road from 11am-1pm) but all of a sudden 'round 3pm and on...BLAZING. And it's hot again today. I'm sweatin' my balls off. These right here are the 2-3 shower days. In fact, I'm about to go take #2.

Even up here in Edmonton, we went from like cool teens 11-13, to somewhere around 20s-25s in the last few days all the sudden. We're getting a little rain so it cools off, but as soon as the sun kicks out, we're frying again.

Feels like summer already. It was in the low 90s on Sunday and it was already in the 80s by 8 a.m. yesterday. I made sure to get all my stuff done before that time, so I could vegitate by the fan the rest of the day.

 

It's awful in here, though, since we don't have AC and a great deal of the windows in the house don't open. We had Judgment Dayesque weather today, which resulted in the cable going out and my Internet getting fried. Unfortunately, it was still humid throughout all of this.

Just wait until the humidity kicks in during the height of summer. Really hot is 1 thing, really hot + humidity = teh suck.

The humidity HAS already kicked in, I'm afraid. That's what Loss was likely referring to. I imagine he got hot + humidity weather in Joisey, since we've got it in Ottawa already.

Nah, it'll get worse. I'm outside of Philly, and it was nowhere near as humid as it will get once summer rolls around.

It's been brutal here in the Haute. My AC's definitely been gettin' a workout. It's been upper 80's to lower 90's for a good week now. That's not counting the humidity.

We've got tornado weather right now. I was just downtown and I've never seen rain like this before. Streets were flooded and the rain was so intense, it was like being in the midst of a blizzard.

Oh, anyhow.. it's Texas therefore it's always hot here in the summertime.

Yeah, must suck to be in Tejas. I told you, I spent a summer in Arizona and shit was NOT fun. Oh, and Alice Springs, Australia. Smack dab in the middle of the country, absolutely nothing but desert all around, not even a tree to catch some shade. It felt like I was right on the equator and God was angry with me. I don't even sweat but I could stand outside in Alice and just feel the perspiration roll down my body. I was NOT used to that shit.

 

As for right now, I just got home from work and I'm about to get Shower #2 happenin'. It's so fuckin' hot I wanna take a shower IN THE DARK. I just pulled my boxers off and my groin smells like a Dairy Queen Steak Sub with extra onions.
