Posted March 24, 20187 yr comment_5837362 Just a sleaze indy dream match. It is weird that this is New Japan and not main eventing a NOW or ZIPANG show. Aoyagi comes out jumps the rail, and spin kicks Kurisu right in the mouth, and it is fucking on! Aoyagi beats Kurisu around the ring a bit, and is really laying in to him, you know Kurisu is going to potato you, so you got to throw spuds at him. Kurisu fires back with those odd angle vicious headbutts, unprofessional stomps and chair shots where he digs the corner right into the throat, the whole Kurisu shebang. There is this great moment where Aoyagi blocks a headbutt with a karate forearm block and thrust Kurisu right in the throat. The match stays ragged and unprofessional throughout, lots of wince inducing shots and a DQ finish that has Kurisu violently chair shotting Aoyagi, the ref and multiple trainees. This is part of a batch of new NJ HH's unearthed by Pete over at PWO, this is what I was dreaming it was going to be like when I saw the match listing and it lived up to every second.
March 24, 20187 yr comment_5837370 Watched this as soon as I read your review. This is like the 89-90 FMW dream match that never happened. Too bad it ended in a DQ but, I loved watching the trainees get swatted nonetheless! This was a lot of fun and an excellent quality handheld to boot!

November 21, 20195 yr comment_5905370 So much to love. Aoyagi straight away heel kicking Kurisu, de-robing and then destroying him with kicks and knees. And the Kurisu busts out the chair, wallops Aoyagi with it and then shows it to the crowd. I thought the DQ finish was pretty great, the way Kurisu throws the referee and then starts swinging at everybody with the chair. Total blast.
April 1, 20205 yr comment_5913364 Aoyagi enters to “Eye of the Tiger” of course and catches Kurisu with a spin kick before the bell and starts mauling him outside the ring. Masanobu finally gets some offense by backing into a corner and catching Aoyagi off guard with a slap, and some stiff shots. Kurisu starts working his chair magic but gets DQed when he pushes the referee trying to stop him from using it on Aoyagi caught in the tree of woe. After chair shoting some of the young boys, it’s Aoyagi himself who stops his rampage. The kind of stuff that makes you love unearthed handhelds, really fun.
