I'm hoping them doing this kind of stuff means we'll eventually see the WCW Japan Supershows, Collision in Korea, and When Worlds Collide on the Network. Not exactly hidden, but conspicuous by their absence,

There may be issues with footage featuring the non WCW folks on those shows.

I find it curious we haven't gotten the USA PPV specials from before 1993 though.

They all aired as Prime Time Wrestling episodes and the first wrestling-centric one was Survivor Series Showdown '89, so once we actually get to that timeframe for PTW we will hopefully see those pop up.

Not as much fun as you would hope unfortunately.

They did two or three tv tapings down that way on consecutive nights as I recall so maybe next September we will get another on of those nights. I recall a bad company vs RPMs match from that tour that I don't see on that match list for example.

Didn’t see it mentioned anywhere in this thread, but Harley Race vs Jack Brisco from 1978 Florida is a nice little treat I don’t recall seeing before. Pretty much both guys in their prime. No commentary. Super heat for Jack, and Race booed heavily. I think this might be a much longer much, probably broadway, clipped down to about 12 minutes.

I also watched Buzz Sawyer vs Ted DiBiase from the 1983 Omni show, but too much stalling in the early going but Sawyer was super over with that crowd. For a match containing these two, I disappointed it didn’t contain even one scoop powerslam. BS finish also.

Piper vs Valentine is absolutely awesome as everyone has said. I’d drop major snowflakes on it were I in that sort of mood. Hot crowd, intense physical action. Awesome mix of brawling and wrestling. Piper red hot as a face.

Can anyone remember where Greg landed in the GWE? The guy was incredible, and had a good 8-10 year peak. I wish we had more full matches from 1980, because it seems his Mid-Atlantic run was electric.
