Two very underrated guys just colliding in an all out bomb fest in classic NEVER fashion in a way we haven't seen in a long time. I could easily say Taichi interfering in the ref bump brough the match down, but Cobb also interfering pretty much balanced it out. The momentum wasn't stopped, and they continued to keep beating the hell out of each other for the rest of the 30 minutes. Not a surprising title change, but at least it gives us Goto vs Cobb very soon, ****1/2.
June 17, 20187 yr comment_5853806 This was LONG. It just went on forever and ever. I found that the Taichi interference made it meander even more and hurt the direction a bit. I did like it a bit when it got to the finishing stretch, but even that I felt went on too long. Not a bad match, but one that should have been trimmed 10 minutes. ***
