Orndorff comes out to Real American.  Was this a mistake or part of a story at the time?

Hogan can lose the title by DQ.  Heenan is all over the place, trying to keep Hogan distracted.  He gives Hogan a chair, which Hogan threatens to use before laughing it off.  The work isn't great but Hogan is so over the top with his mannerisms that it is somewhat entertaining.  The crowd is just eating him up.  Heenan's distracts the ref one too many times as Hogan taps Orndorff with the chair outside the ring and wins by countout.

That was the gimmick. I'm not sure when it started but he keeps it up all the way until the end of the feud. Check out the Cage match on Saturday Night's Main Event and you'll see it again.
